One year ago, on November 1st 2008, we decided to start our sample sharing platform www.whiskysamples.eu.
Today we celebrate and for this occasion we decided to have a special bottling made for whiskysamples, a Special Release in the Family Casks Series of Glenfarclas from 1968 bottled on 09/09/09.
It took us more then 1 year to find this exceptional cask. After having tried 40 plus samples we stumbled upon cask #699, a fino-sherry Gonzales Byass from 1968. What a stunning whisky.
Only 60 bottles were individually labelled for whiskysamples.eu.
