	Luc,congratulations with your professional approach. The complete ordering/payment/delivery procedure should be an example for many others in the whisky business. Making these exceptional whiskies accessible for everybody is a fantastic initiative.

I'm located in the United States and have used Luc's service successfully several times now. The organization, processing and shipment of the orders has gone off without a hitch. But what really stands out is the excellent customer service. I had a number of questions before placing my first order, and got very prompt, detailed responses. 	It's great that Luc shares his tremendous collection of whisky with us. We get to sample old jewels that are long gone as well as the interesting new bottlings on the market. I've ordered tons of samples already, and it's really worth it thanks to the high quality, the detailed sample labels, the careful packaging, fast shipping and fair pricing. Keep up the good work!

	I sampled the "Secret Stills,Talisker" yesterday accompanied by my wife(she's also a malt fun). What a great whisky.It reminded me in some points the exceptional "Lagavulin 21". I must admit that i have tasted some magnificent whiskies in pretty reasonable prices through your shop,that in other case i wouldn't have the opportunity. Keep up the good work.
